By downloading or using the Pupday app, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Pupday, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Use of the App

Pupday is a personal dog health and activity tracking app. You agree to:

• Use the app only for its intended purpose.
• Provide accurate information about your dog.
• Not use the app in any unlawful way.
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the app.

3. Premium Subscription

Pupday offers an optional auto-renewable subscription ("Pupday Premium") that unlocks additional features. By subscribing:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
• No refunds for partial subscription periods.

4. Health Information Disclaimer

Pupday provides general dog health tracking tools and is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for medical decisions regarding your dog.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, notes). By sharing content within the app, you grant Pupday a limited license to display it to your connected friends.

6. Social Features

When using social features, you agree not to post offensive, harmful, or misleading content. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

Pupday is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of data.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
