Welcome to Pupday. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.
1. Using Pupday
Pupday helps you track your dog's walks, feeding, water, health, and to connect with friends. You are responsible for the information you enter and for keeping your account secure. The app provides general wellness tracking and is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice.
2. Your Account
You sign in with Apple. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account, which permanently removes your account and associated data.
3. User-Generated Content & Community Rules
Pupday includes social features (friends, an activity feed, and comments). When you post content, you keep ownership of it but grant us permission to display it to your friends within the app.
There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You agree not to post content that is harassing, threatening, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, illegal, or otherwise objectionable, and not to harass or abuse other users.
To keep the community safe, the app lets you:
- Report any post or comment you find objectionable.
- Block any user, which immediately removes their content from your feed.
We review reports and act on objectionable content and abusive users — typically within 24 hours — by removing the content and/or removing the offending user. We reserve the right to remove content or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
4. Subscriptions
Pupday offers an optional auto-renewing subscription, Pupday Premium, that unlocks additional features. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings.
5. Disclaimer
Pupday is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any decisions you make based on the information in the app. Always consult a veterinarian for health concerns about your dog.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
